Answers to common questions about ePower POS restaurant systems, online ordering, payments, hardware, installation and support.

Restaurant POS

What restaurant POS system do you offer?

ePower POS provides complete restaurant point-of-sale systems, including Aldelo POS Pro. Each system includes touchscreen POS software, hardware, payment processing, online ordering, kitchen printing or kitchen display screens, installation, staff training and ongoing support from one team.

Does the POS work for pizzerias?

Yes. The system includes a specialized pizza builder for halves, toppings and sizes, forced modifiers for fast order entry, phone order and customer lookup, and delivery driver dispatch, so high-volume pizzerias can take orders quickly and accurately.

Can I use kitchen display systems (KDS)?

Yes. Orders can go to kitchen display screens, kitchen printers, or both. Flexible kitchen and prep-station routing sends each item to the right station, and online orders flow to the kitchen the same way as in-store orders.

Do you support multi-location restaurants?

Yes. We set up and support restaurant groups with more than one location, with consistent menus, hardware and reporting across stores, and one support team for every location.

Does the POS handle table service, bar tabs and delivery?

Yes. It supports table service and quick service, dine-in, take-out, drive-thru and delivery. Features include graphical table management, reservations and waiting lists, split and combined checks, hold and fire, searchable bar tabs and delivery driver tracking.

What reports can I see?

Detailed sales and operations, financial accountability, customer, employee and inventory reports, plus cashier and shift-end reports so every dollar is accounted for.

Online ordering & payments

Does ePower POS offer online ordering?

Yes. We offer commission-free online ordering branded to your restaurant. Customers order and pay online, and orders sync to your POS and kitchen in real time for dine-in, takeout and delivery, with no third-party commission on each order.

What are the payment processing options?

ePower POS provides integrated payment processing for credit and debit cards, including chip (EMV), contactless tap and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus gift cards and online payments. Payments are built into the POS, so totals, tips and reports stay in one place.

Can I accept online payments?

Yes. Online orders can be paid by card when the customer checks out, and those payments appear in your POS reports alongside in-store sales.

Do you offer gift cards and loyalty?

Yes. The POS supports in-store gift cards, store credit, frequent buyer rewards and house charge accounts, all tracked by customer.

Hardware, installation & support

What hardware is included?

A typical restaurant system includes touchscreen POS terminals, receipt printers, kitchen printers or kitchen display screens, cash drawers and card payment devices. We recommend the right setup for your counter, kitchen and bar, and install and configure everything.
